Terms of Use

TERMS OF USE

Welcome to the Kryon InfoFi platform and ecosystem (accessible at https://kryon.io/) (the "Platform") and the features, services, and tools provided thereon (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Kryon Labs Ltd. ("Kryon", "we", "our" or "us"). These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform and Services and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a company or entity, then "you" refers to such entity.

By accessing or using the Platform and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These collectively represent the entire agreement between you and Kryon with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements or communications.

THESE TERMS INCLUDE A BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER UNDER THE SECTION TITLED "DISPUTE RESOLUTION." PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY, AS THEY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM OR ANY SERVICES.

  1. ELIGIBLE USERS

By accessing or using the Platform and Services, you represent and warrant that you:

(a) are not prohibited or restricted from using the Platform or Services under applicable laws; (b) are at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction; (c) are not: (i) a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform or Services is prohibited ("Restricted Jurisdictions"); or (ii) listed on any sanctions or restricted parties lists, including those issued by the United Nations, U.S. government (e.g., OFAC), European Union, or other relevant authorities.

  1. ACCESS AND USE OF THE PLATFORM

The Platform incorporates blockchain technology and decentralized systems to allow Users to:

(a) Create, connect, and manage a self-custodial digital wallet ("Digital Wallet"), either provided by Kryon or a third-party provider; (b) Store, view, and manage digital assets ("Digital Assets") such as tokens, cryptocurrencies, and NFTs within your Digital Wallet; (c) Track progress, performance, and engagement metrics across games and integrated platforms ("Progress Tracking"); (d) Interact with decentralized applications ("Dapps") such as content portals, launchpads, staking mechanisms, or cross-chain tools. Some Dapps may be operated by third-party services not affiliated with Kryon; (e) Participate in InfoFi programs, missions, and community-driven campaigns designed to reward users for meaningful engagement.

You are solely responsible for securing access to your Digital Wallet and maintaining control over your credentials and keys. Kryon does not store or recover private keys.

  1. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

(a) Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms; (b) Not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform, Services, or other users; (c) Maintain the security of your Digital Wallet and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected breach; (d) Ensure any information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current.

  1. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not:

(a) Use the Platform or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorism financing, or market manipulation; (b) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, accounts, systems, or networks; (c) Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access, scrape, or exploit the Platform; (d) Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity; (e) Introduce malware or otherwise harm the Platform.

  1. DISCLAIMERS

(a) The Platform and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. (b) We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. (c) We make no warranties as to the value, reliability, or performance of any Digital Assets.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kryon and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services.

  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive your right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

  1. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
